The Golden Ratio: How to Map Your Brows Like a Pro

Ever feel like your brows are "cousins, not sisters"? Or worse... total strangers?

We’ve all been there. Brow mapping sounds like something only a salon pro can do, but it’s actually just basic geometry. Finding your "Golden Ratio" ensures your brows are perfectly balanced for your specific face shape.

The 3-Point Map

Grab your Angled Brow Pencil and mark these three spots:

  1. The Start: Hold your pencil vertically from the dimple of your nose straight up to your brow. That’s where you begin.

  2. The Arch: Angle the pencil from the tip of your nose through the center of your pupil. This is your highest point.

  3. The Tail: Angle the pencil from the edge of your nostril to the outer corner of your eye. That’s your finish line.

Why Mapping Matters

When you map first, you avoid the "angry brow" (starting too close together) or the "droopy eye" (ending the tail too low). It gives you a roadmap so you don't over-apply products where you don't need it.

Ready to map? Use a fine-tip pencil to dot your points before going in with your Microblading Brow Pen for the hair-like finish.
