All our products are long lasting. We do not want your eyebrows disappearing during the day so we ensured this was a key factory when designing our product line. We know how excited you are to receive your products so we ensure we get them out to you in a timely matter. Your order is shipped out within 1-2 business days and arrives within 2-6 business days depending on your location.

During high volume periods (holidays/promotions ) please expect some delays.

COVID19 – Due to unprecedented times please expect postage delays. We ship through a courier service to ensure your packages are delivered to your door in a timely manner. We thank you for your patience during this time. You can track your order via the link emailed to your directly within 24-48 hours of your order being place.

We’re sorry to hear that your order was damaged during transit. In order to further assist you, please email us a photo of your damaged items and we can assist you in replacing them.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your online order is not as expected, please email us for further instructions.

The product must be kept in its original condition and unused.

All returns will be credited to your account.

Unfortunately we process orders very quickly and cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your order if this process has already begun. On the off chance your order has not been processed, please email us or Direct Message us through Instagram with your order changes, full name and address. If the order has already been processed unfortunately it will be too late.  

If your package was lost and did not arrive, please email us. We’re happy to help in any way that we can.

We do not test our products on animals. We feel strongly towards our furry little friends and we do not condone the testing of products on any animals.
